Executive Assistant

About the Role-

We’re looking for a sharp, proactive and highly organized Executive Assistant to the Founder at Astrotalk. While the core of the role is executive support, the position also involves working closely with the Founder across strategy, finance, marketing, product and business operations.

This is a high-ownership role for someone who enjoys solving problems, working across functions and taking initiatives from idea to execution.

Key Responsibilities-

• Manage the Founder’s calendar, meetings, travel, priorities and follow-ups.
• Prepare briefs, presentations, research and analysis for key business decisions.
• Support the Founder on strategic, financial, marketing and product initiatives.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders, including investors and business partners.
• Track and drive execution of key projects and Founder-led initiatives.
• Handle confidential information and critical business documents.
• Take ownership of ad-hoc projects and identify opportunities to improve business operations.

What We’re Looking For-

• 0–2 years of experience; freshers with Founder’s Office, startup, consulting or similar experience are welcome.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Highly organized, proactive and comfortable working independently.
• Ability to learn quickly and handle multiple priorities across different functions.
• Smart generalist mindset — you don’t need to know everything, but you should be willing and capable of figuring things out.
• Strong ownership, attention to detail and discretion.
