Customer Experience and Sales Advisor

What you'll do:

• Deliver above-and-beyond customer service through email, phone, live chat and social media
• Liaise efficiently with our team in Varanasi and work with our internal systems to process and fulfil orders
• Resolve any dispatch related issues or customer requests with patience
• Think creatively about ways in which we can optimize each customer’s experience

• Driven by an entrepreneurial spirit with a "no task is too small" attitude
• Hyper-organized
• Excellent spoken and written communications
• Comfortable with Excel, web-interfaces…basically, computers in general!
• Extremely patient!
• Have an interest in fashion, luxury or crafts
