If you're someone who loves taking ownership, getting things done, and learning directly from a founder, this role is for you.

As a Management Trainee – Founder's Office, you'll work closely with the Founder on everything from operations to marketing, partnerships, and community building. No two days will be the same!

• 🤝 Coordinate with coaches, mentors, and industry experts.
• 📅 Assist the Founder in day-to-day business execution and operations.
• 📞 Connect with program participants and ensure an exceptional learner experience.
• 📱 Support LinkedIn marketing, content publishing, and community engagement.
• 📊 Help manage projects, research, reports, and strategic initiatives.
• 💡 Take ownership of special projects that help grow OutSmart.

• Recent graduate/Master's degree/MBAs (any discipline).
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Self-starter with a "figure it out" mindset.
• Comfortable using AI tools, Google Workspace, LinkedIn, and productivity apps.
• Curious, proactive, and excited by startups.
