ABOUT THE ROLE

Group Bayport is a high-growth, IPO-bound e-commerce and custom-print manufacturing group with ~2,000 employees across five countries. Our People & Culture team is hiring an L&D Intern to work directly with the Head of L&D on the operations that keep our learning function running. You will pick up hands-on experience in learning analytics, LMS administration, program delivery, and senior stakeholder management from Day 1.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

•    Administer the LMS/LXP: user provisioning, course assignments, cohort mapping, and reporting

•    Coordinate leadership workshops end-to-end: nominations, logistics, participant communication, follow-ups

•    Build dashboards and analytics for monthly L&D leadership reviews

•    Design learning communications: posters, newsletters, program announcements, mailers

•    Chase nomination and completion closure with HODs and HR business partners

•    Support the AI Academy launch: enrolments, cohort management, learner engagement

WHO YOU ARE

•    Education. MBA/PGDM in HR, MA/MSc in Psychology, or equivalent programme (final year or recently completed).

•    Excel. Comfortable with pivots, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF/COUNTIF families, and basic charting.

•    Communication. Can draft a clean email to a business HOD without help; strong written English.

•    Ownership. You drive things to closure without needing to be chased.

•    Availability. Willing to be in-office at Gurgaon full-time for the full 3 months, starting within 1 to 2 weeks.

•    Motivation. Genuinely interested in L&D as a career track, not just any HR role.

BONUS POINTS FOR

•    Prior HR / L&D / People Analytics internship experience

•    LMS familiarity (Paradiso, SuccessFactors, Workday Learning, Moodle — any platform counts)

•    Comfort with Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio

•    Design tool exposure (Canva, Figma) and AI tool literacy (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot)
