E-Commerce Key Account Manager - Fashion brand

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the end-to-end profit and loss (P&L), daily sales, GMV targets, and account health for assigned digital marketplaces.
• Develop and execute Joint Business Plans (JBPs) and annual growth strategies with platform category managers.
• Monitor product listings, pricing consistency, digital content accuracy, and stock fill rates to prevent stock-outs.
• Plan high-impact promotional events, festive sales participation, and new product launches.
• Coordinate with supply chain, marketing, and finance teams for forecasting, demand planning, and smooth order execution.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) like return rates, advertising ROI, and conversion metrics to make data-backed adjustments.

Good to have:

• Hands-on experience with seller/vendor dashboards (Amazon Seller/Vendor Central, Flipkart Hub, etc.).
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and data interpretation skills for sales forecasting and trend analysis.
• Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and contract management.
• Ability to resolve operational blockages such as claims, penalties, returns, and policy compliance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Commerce; MBA/PGDM is often preferred.
• Prior 3 to 4 years of proven experience in e-commerce account management, marketplace operations, or FMCG/Retail modern trade
