Business Development Manager

Morpho Dimensions is expanding its Design & Build – Corporate Interiors & Fit-Out business and we’re looking for an experienced Business Development professional who can build strong client relationships and drive quality business opportunities.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

* Drive new business development for Corporate Interior & Design-Build projects

* Generate and qualify leads through corporate networks, consultants, architects, IPCs and referrals

* Develop relationships with CXOs, Facility/Admin Heads, Procurement Heads, Workplace & Real Estate teams

* Identify upcoming office fit-out, expansion, relocation and renovation projects

* Lead client meetings, presentations, commercial negotiations and closures

* Work closely with Design, Estimation, Procurement & Projects teams to develop winning proposals

* Own the complete sales cycle from Lead Generation → Qualification → Proposal → Negotiation → Closure

* Build a strong and sustainable project pipeline

* Drive profitable business growth, not just topline revenue

* Develop existing accounts and generate repeat business

🔹 What We’re Looking For

✅ 6–12 years of relevant Business Development/Sales experience

✅ Experience in Corporate Interiors / Commercial Fit-Out / Design & Build / Workplace Solutions / Construction

✅ Strong corporate client and consultant network

✅ Proven track record of B2B project closures

✅ Excellent negotiation, presentation and relationship-management skills

✅ Strong commercial understanding and ability to identify genuine, viable opportunities

✅ Self-driven, target-oriented and strong in client acquisition
