We looking for a Business Development professional from an advertising, creative, digital, media or integrated marketing agency to drive new business and build strong relationships with brands and businesses.

What You Will Own

• Identify and generate new business opportunities across brands and businesses.
• Build relationships with CMOs, Marketing Heads, Brand Heads and senior decision-makers.
• Drive the complete new business cycle — prospecting, meetings, briefs, pitches, negotiations and closure.
• Understand client challenges and translate them into relevant agency solutions.
• Work closely with creative, strategy, digital, media and other teams to develop compelling pitches and proposals.
• Drive RFPs, pitch opportunities and proactive outreach.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline and consistently deliver revenue targets.
• Identify opportunities to grow existing relationships and cross-sell ARC's integrated capabilities.

Who We Are Looking For

• 3–7 years of experience in Business Development / New Business within an advertising, creative, digital, media or integrated marketing agency.
• Proven experience in client acquisition and business closure.
• Strong understanding of the agency ecosystem and marketing landscape.
• Existing relationships with brands/marketing decision-makers will be a strong advantage.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and pitching skills.
• Someone who is commercially sharp, proactive and comfortable hunting for new business.
• Most importantly, someone who can sell an idea, a solution and an agency — not just a service.
