Role Description The Accounts Manager is a full-time on-site role based in Hyderabad. This position is responsible for overseeing day-to-day accounting operations, including managing accounts payable and receivable, maintaining general ledgers, reconciling bank statements, and ensuring timely invoicing and collections. The Accounts Manager will prepare financial reports, support budgeting and forecasting, monitor cash flow, and ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and local regulations. The role includes coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders such as auditors, vendors, and financial institutions, as well as implementing and improving accounting processes and controls. The Accounts Manager will also support management with financial analysis and provide data-driven insights to guide business decisions.
Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and general ledger management.
• Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliation, and cash flow management.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, ERP systems) and MS Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Understanding of taxation, statutory compliance, and coordination with auditors and regulatory bodies.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CA, CMA, MBA in Finance) are an advantage.
• Prior experience in an Accounts Manager or senior accounting role; experience in agriculture or manufacturing sectors is beneficial.
