Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Accountant role based in Kochi. The Accountant will be responsible for preparing financial reports, managing accounts payable and receivable, reconciling bank statements, and ensuring compliance with tax and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities also include budgeting, financial forecasting, analyzing business performance, auditing accounts, and maintaining organized financial records aligned with organizational standards.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of bookkeeping, financial reporting, and financial analysis
• Proficiency in accounting software and managing accounts payable/receivable
• Familiarity with tax laws, regulations, and compliance
• Proven ability to prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial performance evaluations
• Attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills
• Strong numerical aptitude and problem-solving capabilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Professional certifications are a plus
• Experience in a corporate or legal firm environment is advantageous
