Shipway is a tech-first logistics platform powering the shipping journey for modern e-commerce businesses.

We’re building a high-scale core product, and we’re looking for a Graphic Designer who can make complex product experiences look simple, intuitive, and .


What You'll Do

  • Create visuals for our core product — illustrations, icons, infographics, onboarding, empty states, feature communication, etc.
  • Work closely with Product, UX/UI & Engineering teams to bring ideas to life.
  • Turn complex logistics workflows and data into simple, easy-to-understand visuals.
  • Create design assets for new features, product launches, demos, and customer communication.
  • Build reusable visual assets and templates to keep the product experience consistent.
  • Use AI tools to ideate, experiment, generate, iterate, and speed up your design workflow.
  • Keep exploring what’s next in design, SaaS, AI, and visual storytelling.


What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in Graphic, Visual, Product, or Digital Design.
  • A strong portfolio that shows your thinking + execution.
  • Great command of Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator or similar tools.
  • Strong fundamentals in typography, composition, colour, grids & visual hierarchy.
  • Ability to simplify complex ideas into clear, engaging visuals.
  • Experience working with Product/UX teams is a big plus.
  • Hands-on experience with AI-powered creative tools like ChatGPT, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Figma AI, etc.
  • Someone who is curious, fast-moving, detail-oriented, and not afraid to experiment.


Bonus Points

  • Experience with SaaS, B2B, e-commerce, logistics or tech products.
  • Experience designing dashboards, complex workflows or data-heavy products.
  • Basic understanding of UX and design systems.
  • Motion design / micro-interaction skills.
