Graphic Designer

Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize and create engaging visual designs based on creative briefs and business requirements
• Design high-quality graphics, illustrations, logos, layouts, and marketing creatives for digital platforms
• Create compelling thumbnails and optimize/re-index them based on performance data and insights
• Develop creative assets using industry-standard design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar software
• Design visually appealing content across all social media platforms, ensuring adherence to platform-specific dimensions and best practices
• Create graphics for posts, reels, stories, carousels, banners, advertisements, and other digital marketing collateral
• Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to maintain brand consistency across all visual communications
• Stay updated on design trends, social media best practices, and emerging creative formats
• Ensure all creatives meet quality standards and are delivered within project timelines.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and creativity

Skills:

• A strong portfolio illustrations or other graphics
• Familiarity with design software and technologies (InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop)
• Should have worked on AI tools like mid-journey
• A keen eye for aesthetics and details
• Prior experience and strong domain knowledge in Finance
