Graphic Designer

Role Description The Graphic Designer role at Cronbay Technologies is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. In this role, the Graphic Designer will create and refine visual assets for digital campaigns, websites, social media, and branding materials. Typical responsibilities include developing graphic concepts, designing logos and brand elements, selecting typography, and ensuring visual consistency across all marketing collateral. The Graphic Designer will collaborate closely with marketers, content creators, and developers to translate strategic ideas into compelling visual designs that align with client goals. The role also involves preparing files for production, adhering to brand guidelines, and staying updated on design trends and tools.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with the ability to produce high-quality visual content for digital and print media.
• The candidate should have good skills in AI generation.
• Experience in Logo Design and Branding, including creating brand identities and maintaining consistent visual systems.
• Proficiency in Typography, with an understanding of type hierarchy, readability, and pairing for various design contexts.
• Comfort with industry-standard design software (such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or equivalent tools).
• Ability to interpret creative briefs, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment.
• Attention to detail, a strong visual sense, and a portfolio demonstrating relevant design work.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with openness to feedback and iterative design processes.
• A diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
