Role Description:

The Admissions Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, responsible for overseeing and managing the entire student admissions process. This role includes responding to inquiries from prospective families, conducting campus tours, organizing information sessions, and guiding applicants through each stage of enrollment. The Admissions Manager will maintain accurate records, coordinate with academic and administrative teams, and ensure that admission procedures align with the school’s child-centric philosophy. Daily responsibilities also involve handling admission communications, preparing reports on enrollment trends, supporting outreach initiatives, and representing the school professionally at events and meetings.

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated skills in communication, relationship management, and customer service to engage effectively with prospective students and families.
• Experience in admissions, counseling, or educational administration, preferably in a school or academic setting.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple applications, deadlines, and events simultaneously.
• Proficiency in basic office software and student information systems, with comfort using digital tools for record-keeping and reporting.
• Ability to collaborate with faculty and staff, work independently, and exercise sound judgment in sensitive situations.
• Bachelor’s degree in education, administration, marketing, or a related field; a postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
• Understanding of and alignment with child-centric, experiential learning approaches and the school’s vision and values.
