Open Positions:

• Admission Executives / Admission Officers (designation depends on years of experience)
• Senior Counsellor
• Junior Counsellor

Place of Work: University Campus, Barasat (District of West Bengal)

Salary: At par with industry standards + Incentives + Daily Allowance + Conveyance

1. Senior Counsellor

• Candidates should have substantial experience in academic or career counselling, preferably for UG/PG and diploma courses.

Number of Positions: 4

Experience Required: 5–10 years

Key Responsibilities and Requirements:

• Excellent communication, counselling and presentation skills.
• Confident, professional and pleasant personality.
• Experience in handling student enquiries, admissions and parent interactions.
• Ability to manage lead follow-ups, admission records and enquiry databases.
• Strong understanding of student counselling and admission conversion.
• Ability to supervise, support and guide junior counsellors.
• Good organisational, interpersonal and team-management skills.

2.Junior Counsellor

• Number of Positions: 8
• Experience Required: 2–3 yearsCandidates should have experience in counselling, admissions, tele-calling or a related field.

Key Responsibilities and Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to assist students with course enquiries and the admission process.
• Experience in tele-calling, lead follow-ups and query coordination.
• Ability to maintain admission records, spreadsheets and CRM databases.
• Smart, confident and target-oriented personality.
• Strong follow-up and relationship-management skills.
• Willingness to work under the guidance of senior team members.

3.Admission Officers / Admission Executives

• Number of Positions: 8
• Experience Required: 2–10 yearsCandidates having experience in marketing within the education industry are preferred. Those with experience in other sectors (e.g., banking, insurance, financial services, etc.) are also encouraged to apply

Key Responsibilities and Requirements:

• Visit schools across districts of West Bengal to discuss career prospects with Class 11 & 12 students
• Liaise and build long-term relationships with principals, teachers, and institutional stakeholders
• Implement and monitor marketing strategies for student acquisition, including conducting seminars, organising counselling camps, and participating in educational fairs.
• Generate and follow up on leads for admissions, achieving weekly/monthly targets in a performance-driven environment
• Interact with prospective students and parents to provide guidance on academic programs
• Counsel and convert leads into confirmed admissions
• Generate and follow up on leads for admissions, achieving weekly targets in a performance-driven environment
• Assist students in making informed career and course choices
