Admissions Counselor

Experience

• 1–4 years of experience in admissions, counselling, inside sales, or education sales.
• Freshers with strong communication and sales skills may also be considered.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel prospective students and parents regarding courses, admissions, and career opportunities.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls and convert leads into admissions.
• Understand student requirements and recommend suitable programs.
• Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
• Achieve monthly admission/enrolment targets.
• Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records in CRM.
• Coordinate with academic and operations teams for the admission process.
• Ensure a smooth experience for students throughout the admission journey.
