Adtomica is India's leading creative, technology, and business consultancy helping brands across Asia grow through strategy, content, social media, digital platforms, and performance-led campaigns. We’re looking for a detail-oriented Accountant to keep our finances accurate, organised, and moving at the pace of the business.

What you’ll do

• Manage day-to-day bookkeeping, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and expense records.
• Prepare and issue client invoices; track collections and follow up on outstanding payments.
• Process vendor invoices, employee reimbursements, and payments while maintaining proper approvals and documentation.
• Maintain project-wise cost, revenue, and profitability records for agency campaigns and retainers.
• Support monthly closing activities, including ledger scrutiny, accruals, reconciliations, and management reports.
• Prepare GST, TDS, and other statutory working papers; coordinate with external CA/tax advisors for filings and compliance.
• Assist with payroll inputs, audit schedules, financial documentation, and annual reporting.
• Maintain accurate financial records in the accounting system and improve finance processes as the business grows.
• Work closely with account management, operations, and leadership to provide timely financial visibility.

What we’re looking for

• Degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 2 years of accounting experience, ideally in an agency, services, media, consulting, or fast-paced business.
• Working knowledge of Indian GST, TDS, invoicing, and basic statutory compliance.
• Strong proficiency in Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or similar accounting software, plus Excel/Google Sheets.
• Excellent attention to detail with zero errors, ownership, and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Clear communication skills and a practical, solution-oriented mindset.
