About the Role

Bon La Vie is looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Account Executive to join our Finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, maintaining accurate financial records, supporting statutory compliance, and ensuring smooth financial processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting activities, including sales, purchases, receipts, payments, journal entries, and maintenance of books of accounts.
• Handle Accounts Payable & Receivable, including vendor payments, customer invoicing, ledger maintenance, and account reconciliations.
• Perform bank, customer, and vendor reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain GST and TDS records, support statutory return filings, and coordinate with Chartered Accountants.
• Prepare financial reports, MIS, and management reports as required.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities and maintain proper financial documentation.
• Monitor banking transactions, expenses, employee reimbursements, payment schedules, and cash flow.
• Assist with inventory accounting and stock reconciliation, ensuring accurate financial records.
• Ensure compliance with internal accounting processes and financial controls.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience as an Account Executive, Accountant, or in a similar finance role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
• Working knowledge of GST, TDS, and India statutory compliance.
• Hands-on experience with Tally Prime.
• Good proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and accuracy.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in Retail, D2C, or E-commerce is preferred.
• Familiarity with inventory accounting and stock reconciliation.
• Basic understanding of payroll accounting and employee reimbursements.
