Role Description The Merchandiser – International Marketing is a full-time, on-site role based in Kanpur. This role involves coordinating with international buyers and internal teams to manage product development, sampling, pricing, and order execution. The Merchandiser will analyze market trends, support marketing initiatives, and maintain strong customer relationships to grow business across key international regions. Daily responsibilities include preparing sales and merchandising reports, tracking orders and shipments, ensuring product specifications are met, and providing timely responses to buyer inquiries. The role also requires close collaboration with production, quality, and logistics teams to meet delivery timelines and customer expectations.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with international buyers and customers from inquiry to order execution

• Handle buyer communication, product development, sampling, costing, and order follow-up

• Coordinate with production, sourcing, quality, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery

• Prepare and maintain order-related documentation and reports

• Monitor production status, shipment schedules, and customer requirements

• Develop strong relationships with existing and prospective buyers.

• Track market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities

• Support the marketing team in achieving business and sales targets .
