Role Description The Clinical Dietician will work full time on-site in New Delhi, delivering personalized nutrition care to clients enrolled in Nutri Docs’ weight management programs. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting detailed nutritional assessments, developing individualized meal plans, and providing ongoing medical nutrition therapy for diverse health and weight-related conditions. The role involves offering nutritional counseling, monitoring client progress, adjusting plans based on clinical outcomes, and collaborating with fitness and behavioral support teams to ensure a holistic approach. The Clinical Dietician will also educate clients on evidence-based nutrition practices, maintain accurate records, and contribute to improving internal protocols and client resources.

Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Dietetics and Human Nutrition, with the ability to apply evidence-based guidelines in clinical practice.
- Experience in Medical Nutrition Therapy for weight management and related metabolic or lifestyle conditions.
- Proficiency in Nutritional Counseling and client education, including building sustainable eating habits and behavior change.
- Relevant degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a closely related field; registration or licensure as a dietician/nutrition professional (where applicable) is preferred.
- Experience in clinical or lifestyle medicine settings, ideally with weight management or metabolic health programs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
- Comfort with digital tools and basic data tracking/reporting to monitor client progress.
- Commitment to non-judgmental, client-centered care and continuous professional development.
