Nutritionist – Virtual Nutrition Support

About the Role

Fiberise Fit Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Nutritionist to provide personalised nutrition and weight-management support to customers through phone-based consultations.

The role involves understanding customers' dietary habits, lifestyle and goals, providing practical nutrition guidance, and regularly following up with them to improve adherence and outcomes.


Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct virtual nutrition consultations with customers primarily through phone calls.
  • Understand customers' dietary patterns, lifestyle, weight-management goals and challenges.
  • Provide practical and personalised nutrition and meal guidance.
  • Conduct regular follow-up calls and track customer progress.
  • Educate customers on healthy eating, portion control, protein, fibre, hydration and sustainable weight management.
  • Help customers incorporate FYBER appropriately into their daily nutrition routine.
  • Motivate customers and improve adherence throughout their nutrition program.
  • Maintain accurate records of consultations, progress and customer feedback.
  • Escalate medical or clinical concerns whenever appropriate.

    • Candidate Requirements

    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, Food & Nutrition, Clinical Nutrition or a related field.
    • Strong understanding of nutrition and weight management.
    • Excellent spoken communication and counselling skills.
    • Comfortable conducting multiple customer consultations over calls every day.
    • Ability to explain nutrition concepts in simple, practical language.
    • Customer-focused, empathetic and organised.
    • Previous experience in nutrition counselling, weight management, wellness or health-tech will be preferred.

    Someone who can build a strong rapport with customers over calls and make nutrition guidance simple, practical and sustainable, rather than merely providing generic diet charts.
