Role Summary

Looking for professionals with hands-on experience in ATPCO Fare Filing, airline pricing, fare rules, and fare distribution. The candidate should have working knowledge of airline reservations, ticketing, and GDS platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create, update, and maintain fares in ATPCO.
  • Manage Published and Private Fare filings.
  • Interpret and maintain fare rules, tariffs, routing, and fare basis codes.
  • Validate fare accuracy and resolve fare discrepancies.
  • Support pricing, ticketing, refund, and reissue-related queries.
  • Ensure fare distribution across GDS platforms and booking channels.
  • Conduct quality checks and maintain compliance with airline policies.

  • Handle process escalations.
  • Provide training and mentoring to team members.
  • Perform quality audits and reviews.
  • Support process improvements and stakeholder communication.
