Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kolkata for a Ticketing Agent. The Ticketing Agent will be responsible for managing ticket sales, handling customer inquiries, assisting with reservations, and ensuring seamless customer service. The role also involves providing travel-related assistance, addressing client needs, and maintaining accurate booking records while supporting the sales team in achieving goals.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Ticket Sales and managing Reservations using Amadeus GDS
• Strong Communication and exceptional Customer Service skills
• Basic knowledge or experience in Sales and upselling techniques
• Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively
• Proficient in using ticketing software and tools
• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
• Prior experience in the travel and tourism industry is a plus
