Position: Sales Head

Location : Kingsberry, Dehradun Uttarkhand

Experience : 10+ Years

Remuneration : 12 LPA

This role involves leading and mentoring the sales team, coordinating with marketing and operations, and strengthening relationships with key clients, channel partners, and institutional buyers. The Head of Sales will analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive activity to refine sales approaches and pricing strategies. The role also includes overseeing account management, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and preparing regular sales forecasts and performance reports for senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Sales and Sales Management skills to plan, drive, and optimize revenue generation.
• Candidates should possess Account Management skills to manage key clients, maintain relationships, and ensure repeat business.
• Candidates should possess Team Management skills to lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team.
• Candidates should possess Analytical Skills to interpret data, forecast sales, and make evidence-based decisions.
• Proven experience (typically 10+ years) in senior sales leadership roles, preferably in real estate or related industries.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to work on-site in Noida and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent advanced degree is an advantage.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and implementing scalable sales processes.
