Must have
  • 2+ years sales/counselling experience
  • Healthcare experience
  • Strong communication skills in English & Hindi
  • Experience handling warm/inbound leads
  • Comfortable with phone + WhatsApp follow-ups
  • Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills
  • Target/conversion oriented
  • Comfortable handling sales conversations and objections
Strongly preferred
  • IVF/infertility experience
  • Fertility clinic experience
  • Women's health experience
  • Patient counselling experience
  • Post-webinar sales experience
  • Experience selling consultations, programs or other high-consideration healthcare services
  • Experience working with webinar/digital marketing leads
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales/conversion targets
  • Experience with CRM, Google Sheets/Excel or lead management systems
