Role Overview

We are looking for passionate, confident and target-driven individuals who want to build a career in healthcare sales and contribute to a meaningful mission of improving women’s health.

The primary responsibility of this role is to promote and sell Miror’s healthcare programs to customers from our existing database. You will speak with potential customers, understand their concerns, explain the HEALTHCARE PROGRAMS program, provide counselling and guidance, follow up with interested customers and convert leads into paid consultations/programs.

This is a sales-focused, target-driven and incentive-based role.

Key Responsibilities

• Connect with customers and leads from Miror’s existing database.
• Promote and explain Miror’s healthcare programs and menopause care programs.
• Speak with customers to understand their concerns, requirements and interest in healthcare programs.
• Provide empathetic counselling and educate customers about the healthcare programs journey and available services.
• Convert interested leads into paid consultations and healthcare programs.
• Follow up consistently with leads and customers to achieve conversions.
• Handle customer communication through phone calls and WhatsApp.
• Build trust and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Coordinate with doctors and healthcare professionals whenever clinical consultation is required.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, follow-ups and conversions.
• Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.
• Actively participate in campaigns and initiatives to increase awareness and adoption of healthcare programs.

• Empathy and patience while speaking with customers about sensitive health concerns.
• Willingness to learn about menopause, healthcare programs and women’s health.
• Basic computer and CRM skills.
• Previous experience in sales, telecalling, counselling, customer service, healthcare, pharma, wellness, insurance or any customer-facing role will be an advantage, but is not mandatory.

Compensation

Fixed Salary + Attractive Performance Incentives

Your earning potential will increase based on sales, conversions and revenue generated.

Important

This is primarily a sales and conversion role, not a traditional customer service role.

The candidate will educate and counsel customers about healthcare programs and Miror’s programs. Diagnosis, prescription and clinical decisions will be handled exclusively by qualified medical professionals.
