About Postly

Hindi-first content app used daily by lakhs across the Hindi belt for WhatsApp status, greetings and shayari. Our content library is the product. You'll own its supply.

What you'll do

  • Find and onboard Hindi content creators — shayari, bhakti, festival greetings, romance, motivational
  • Scout across Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, WhatsApp groups and freelance platforms
  • Run outreach end to end: pitch, rates, sample round, contracting, onboarding
  • Manage the creator base — briefs, timelines, output targets, feedback, quality grades
  • Own the in-app content pipeline from submission to live
  • QC every asset before it ships; manage the festival and seasonal content calendar
  • Track category performance and feed it back into what we commission next

What you need

  • 2–5 yrs in creator onboarding, content ops, influencer ops or agency-side creator management
  • Proven ability to source creators from scratch, not just manage an inherited list
  • Strong Hindi — you should be able to tell whether a shayari lands
  • Sharp attention to detail. A wrong festival date or a Devanagari typo goes live to lakhs
  • Understanding of how creative work actually gets made
  • Comfortable with spreadsheets and basic reporting
  • Open to 6 days a week from our Noida office

Good to have

  • Consumer app, OTT, social or regional content background
  • Canva/Photoshop familiarity — enough to give usable design feedback
  • Exposure to Tier 2/3 India audiences
