Influencer Marketing Coordinator

We’re looking for Influencer Marketing professionals to support day-to-day

execution of influencer campaigns. This role is ideal for someone who has worked in an

agency setup and understands basic influencer coordination, follow-ups, and campaign

Workflows.

This is a hands-on role focused on getting things done - coordinating with creators,

tracking content, and ensuring campaigns go live smoothly.

What You’ll Do (Day-to-Day):

● Coordinate with influencers and talent managers for campaigns.

● Share campaign briefs and explain basic requirements to creators.

● Follow up on content submissions, approvals, and posting timelines.

● Track campaign deliverables (reels, stories, posts, etc.)

● Ensure creators post content as per guidelines and timelines.

● Update trackers and share regular status updates with the team.

● Flag delays or issues early and help resolve them.

● Support senior team members in campaign execution.

What We’re Looking For:

● 2-3 years of experience in an influencer marketing agency.

● Basic understanding of how influencer campaigns work.

● Good communication and follow-up skills.

● Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling multiple creators.

● Willingness to learn and grow in influencer marketing.

Good to Have:

● Experience working with Instagram, YouTube, or short-form content.

● Exposure to lifestyle, fashion, beauty, or consumer brands.

● Basic knowledge of influencer pricing and deliverables.
