Creator Growth Manager - Kannada

Crafto is a platform that inspires and motivates users with daily doses of wisdom, inspiration, and thought-provoking quotes in regional languages. Our platform allows users to share their favourite status, discover new ones and add their photo, name and other details to the status.

We are seeking a proactive and organized Creator Growth Manager - Kannada to lead our network of content creators. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, onboarding, and managing creators who produce quality, culturally relevant content for our app.

● Onboarding: Identify and onboard content creators. Ensure they are aligned with Crafto’s content guidelines and audience liking.

● Creator Performance & Consistency: Monitor creators performance week on week, ensuring your creators are retained on the platform Motivation & Retention: Develop and implement SOPs to keep creators motivated, engaged, and inspired to produce innovative content.

● Performance Analysis: Track and analyze creator performance using KPIs, providing feedback and identifying areas for improvement.

● Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Marketing, Media Studies, or a related field.

● 3+ years of experience in Business Development, community management, or creator management, preferably in a content-driven digital platform.

● Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and effectively communicate with creators and team members.
