Role Description:

We are looking for energetic, confident, and highly motivated Customer Service Representative to join our growing Sales Team , located on-site in Vashi, Navi Mumbai & Worli, Mumbai.

This opportunity is ideal for freshers with excellent communication skills as well as candidates who have previous experience in Telecalling, BPO, Customer Service, Customer Support, Banking, Sales, or Real Estate.

The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for connecting with potential customers, understanding their property requirements, generating interest in our projects, following up with prospects, and assisting the sales team in converting opportunities into successful client meetings and sales.

Salary Range:

₹25,000 + Incentives

Mandtory Requirements:

• Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.

• Candidates with prior experience in Sales, Telecalling, BPO, Customer Service, Customer Support, Banking, or Real Estate will be preferred.

• Strong verbal communication, customer-handling, and interpersonal skills are mandatory.

• Candidates should be confident, energetic, target-oriented, and comfortable making outbound calls to prospective customers.

• Must have a positive attitude, strong learning ability, and willingness to work in a performance-driven sales environment.

• Candidates should be comfortable working full-time and on-site in Worli, Mumbai & Vashi, Navi Mumbai.

• Immediate joiners will be given preference.

• Candidates serving a long notice period may not be considered.

Qualifications:

Skills in Communication and Customer Service

Experience in Customer Support

Proficiency in Sales techniques

Willingness to participate in Training sessions

Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software

Ability to work on-site in Worli, Mumbai & Vashi, Navi Mumbai

Enthusiastic, goal-oriented, and willing to learn

Uncapped Incentive Structure:

Offering 5% to 20% commission on the company's 2% brokerage is an exceptionally strong and highly competitive quarterly incentive structure.
