Creative Designer

We’re looking for a Creative Designer with a strong visual eye, sharp execution skills, and an interest in both traditional design and AI-led creative production, to join our dynamic team at WNDR Digital. As a fast-growing agency in the digital marketing industry, we work with a diverse range of clients and deliver cutting-edge solutions to help them achieve their marketing goals on the daily.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building visual concepts from scratch and translating ideas into impactful campaign assets across digital, social, print, packaging, motion, and AI-generated content.

You’ll work closely with the creative and strategy teams to develop bold, intelligent, and visually distinctive work for brands across multiple industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts, visual directions, and moodboards for campaigns and brand communication
• Design high-quality digital creatives, social media assets, packaging, print ads, and branding materials
• Create short-form motion graphics, animated assets, and video cutdowns for digital platforms
• Support layout design for presentations, editorial, marketing, and campaign materials
• Prepare final artwork for both print and digital execution
• Collaborate with strategists, copywriters, and creative leads to bring campaign ideas to life
• Maintain strong attention to detail, visual consistency, and brand alignment across deliverables

AI Creative & Generative Content

• Use generative AI tools to create and enhance static visuals, campaign concepts, and product-led creative assets
• Develop AI-generated short videos, snippets, transitions, visual sequences, and longer-form film concepts
• Create prompts for image and video generation based on campaign briefs and brand direction
• Experiment with AI-led environments, scenes, characters, product integrations, and visual storytelling
• Combine AI-generated assets with traditional design and post-production techniques for polished final outputs
• Refine generated outputs through compositing, retouching, grading, typography, and motion
• Adapt AI-generated concepts into social media, advertising, and campaign formats
• Stay updated with emerging AI tools, workflows, and creative possibilities

Software Skills – Required

• Adobe Photoshop – photo editing, compositing, concept art, and image manipulation
• Adobe Illustrator – vector design, branding, packaging, and print layouts
• Adobe Premiere Pro – video editing and content cutdowns
• Adobe After Effects – motion graphics, basic animation, and visual enhancements

AI Tools – Preferred

Experience with or willingness to work with tools such as:

• Midjourney / Adobe Firefly / ChatGPT image tools
• Runway / Kling / Veo / similar AI video-generation platforms
• AI-assisted editing, upscaling, compositing, and creative tools

Strong prompt-writing and visual prompting ability will be considered an advantage.

You Are:

• Experienced with 2-3 years in Graphic Design & Video
• A strong visual thinker with a contemporary design aesthetic
• Curious, experimental, and excited about new creative technology
• Able to move comfortably between concept development and execution
• Detail-oriented and organised across multiple projects
• Open to feedback and comfortable communicating and collaborating with a wider creative team during remote work cycles
• Able to work across fast-paced client requirements and timelines
• Up to date with design, social media, motion, and AI creative trends

Bonus Skills

* Basic knowledge of Figma or UI design tools

* Photography, illustration, or 3D interests

* Experience creating AI-led advertising or branded content

* Strong understanding of social-first design and video formats
