CTC: ₹30,000 per month
Take-Home Salary• During Training: Approx. ₹23,000/month
• Post Training: Approx. ₹25,000–₹26,000/month
📅 Work Schedule & Benefits
✅ 5 Days Working Week
✅ 2 Rotational Offs
✅ Cab Facility Available During Odd Hours (only for females)
✅ Immediate Joiners Preferred
🎯 Key Responsibilities
• Handle customer queries through chat support
• Assist customers with products, orders, and service-related concerns
• Troubleshoot issues and provide prompt resolutions
• Deliver a seamless and premium customer experience
• Maintain quality, professionalism, and empathy in every interaction
🔍 Candidate Requirements
✔ Excellent written English communication skills
✔ Good typing speed and attention to detail
✔ Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities
✔ Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
✔ HSC (12th Pass) or Graduate
