Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Mumbai for a Customer Service Representative. The role involves responding to customer inquiries, providing excellent support, and ensuring customer satisfaction through clear communication. The representative will handle emails, calls, and chats, resolve customer issues, and work to enhance the overall customer experience. Additionally, the role includes maintaining product knowledge to assist with queries and offering solutions in a timely and professional manner.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Customer Service and Customer Support
• Proven ability to ensure Customer Satisfaction and enhance Customer Experience
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective problem resolution
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Basic familiarity with CRM systems or contact center software is a plus
• Previous experience as a Customer Service Representative or similar role is preferred
• A passion for providing outstanding service and building relationships with customers
