About Us
We are a fast-growing company looking for an energetic and communicative Tele caller to join our team. You will be the primary point of contact for potential clients, introducing our services, and building strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:-
• Make outbound calls to prospective clients using provided data leads and existing customers.
• Manage and respond to WhatsApp messages and email communications promptly and professionally
• Explain products/services and generate leads
• Understand customer needs and pitch our products or services effectively.
• Follow up with customers and maintain strong relationships.
• Answer inbound queries and resolve basic client issues.
• Maintain detailed records of calls, client interactions, and follow-ups in the CRM.
• Meet daily and weekly targets for call volume and lead generation.
Requirements
• Experience: 2 years of experience in tele calling, customer support, or tele sales (freshers with good communication skills are welcome).
• Skills: Excellent verbal communication in English and [Hindi/Local Language], medical/healthcare background may also apply , active listening, and a positive attitude.
