Role Overview

We are looking for a highly creative and technically skilled Cinematographer who can bring ideas to life through compelling visuals. You will collaborate closely with the creative, design, production, and content teams to conceptualize, plan, and execute video projects that drive brand value.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute video shoots based on scripts, storyboards, and creative briefs.
• Operate cameras, lenses, stabilizers, lighting equipment, and audio gear to capture high-quality footage.
• Decide visual style, shot composition, camera movement, and lighting design for each project.
• Manage on-site shoot logistics, scheduling, and team coordination.
• Work closely with Directors, Creative Leads, and Editors to achieve desired output.
• Ensure proper lighting setup, exposure, color temperature, and sound capture.
• Optimize production workflows and maintain equipment inventory.
• Capture both indoor and outdoor footage for campaigns, commercials, corporate films, reels, and brand videos.
• Stay updated with industry tools, trends, and emerging technology.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Cinematographer / DOP (portfolio or showreel required).
• Strong understanding of cinematic framing, lighting, lenses, color theory, and visual storytelling.
• Hands-on experience with cinema cameras like Sony FX3/FX6, Canon C-Series, Blackmagic 6K, or equivalent.
• Knowledge of gimbals (Ronin/Crane), rigs, lighting setups (Aperture/Godox), and audio equipment.
• Ability to shoot in different formats: documentaries, ads, interviews, short films, and social content.
• Working knowledge of DaVinci Resolve / Premiere Pro / After Effects is a plus.
• Ability to work under tight timelines and manage multiple projects.
