Photographer and Videographer

We are looking for a Photographer and Videographer to hold that promise in image: architecture as the subject, light and line captured with meditative calm, every frame true to the space as it actually feels.  

This is a rare opportunity to shape the visual language of a brand that speaks quietly and means it. You will document our projects from groundbreaking to homecoming, working closely with the design and marketing teams to tell stories of deeper meaning, never features or amenities.  

Requirements

WHAT YOU' LL DO  
● Photograph and film completed projects, model homes, and interiors with an architectural eye for light, line, and material.  
● Produce brand films, walkthroughs, and social content that reflect tone of quiet luxury.  
● Direct and shoot aerial and drone coverage of sites and surrounding landscapes.  
● Edit and colour-grade all photo and video output to a consistent, considered visual standard.  
● Maintain and organise the equipment kit and a well-archived library of raw and finished assets.  
● Capture candid moments of life within the company: team gatherings, milestones, and everyday culture.  
● Shoot and produce podcast episodes, leadership interviews, and client testimonials. 
● Cover company events, launches, and site celebrations from planning through final edit.  
● Contribute to internal storytelling: onboarding films, culture reels, and archival documentation of the journey.  
● Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to plan coverage around construction milestones and launches.  

WHAT YOU BRING  
● 3 or more years photographing and filming architecture, interiors, or real estate.  
● A portfolio that shows restraint and an eye for natural light, composition, and material texture.  
● Fluency with professional camera and gimbal systems, drone piloting, and studio lighting.  
● Working command of Lightroom, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve.  
● A calm, patient way of working on live construction and occupied sites. 
● Comfortable travelling to project sites as required, across cities and terrains.  
● Camera, drone, and other equipment provided by us; a valid drone pilot licence is a plus.
