Photographer | Videographer | Video Editor

This and That Digital is a Mumbai-based digital marketing and creative agency working with brands across jewellery, fashion, apparel, healthcare, lifestyle, product and other industries.

We are looking for a creative and trend-aware Social Media Photographer / Videographer & Editor who can take content from concept and moodboard to shoot and final edit.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Shoot high-quality photo and video content primarily for social media

• Plan and execute shoots based on moodboards, creative briefs and pre-shoot discussions

• Create Instagram Reels, short-form videos, product shoots, fashion shoots and brand content

• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, transitions, formats and editing styles

• Bring fresh creative ideas and your own visual style to every shoot

• Shoot using professional cameras as well as iPhone and DJI Osmo Pocket 4 for quick-turnaround social content

• Edit photos and videos according to the brand's visual direction

• Handle colour correction and colour grading

• Work closely with the creative and social media teams to execute content requirements

• Adapt your creative style according to different brands and their identities

REQUIREMENTS

• 2–3+ years of professional experience in photography, videography and editing

• Strong understanding of social media content and current trends

• Strong creative sense with a distinct visual style

• Good understanding of photography, videography, lighting, composition and framing

• Hands-on experience with CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, Adobe Illustrator, Lightroom and similar tools

• Strong knowledge of colour correction and colour grading

• Experience creating and editing short-form social media content

• Experience shooting content using iPhone and DJI Osmo Pocket

• Own camera is mandatory

• Ability to work independently as well as with a creative team

• Strong portfolio/showreel is mandatory

JOB DETAILS

Position: Social Media Photographer / Videographer & Editor

Location: Mumbai - Suburbs

Work Mode: Hybrid — 3 days from office + 3 days from home

Experience: 2–3+ years

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month, depending on experience

Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Saturday: Alternate Saturdays Off
