Customer Support Executive - Jaipur

We are hiring Customer Support Executives in Jaipur, Mansarovar. The role involves handling international customer interactions, resolving queries efficiently, and ensuring a high-quality customer experience.

Process Type: International Voice

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls for the biggest E-Commerce process.
• Assist customers with queries related to orders, products, deliveries, returns, refunds, and other concerns.
• Understand customer issues and provide accurate and timely resolutions.
• Maintain professional communication and deliver an excellent customer experience.
• Follow defined process guidelines, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
• Accurately update customer information and interaction details in the system.
• Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate department.
• Achieve defined productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction targets.

Eligibility & Experience

• Must be a Graduate/Post Graduate from a recognized university.
• Minimum 6 months of International BPO experience.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts and rotational weekly offs.
• Strong English communication and customer-handling skills required.
• Prior international voice/BPO experience preferred.
• Immediate Joiners preferred

Transportation

• Two-way cab facility provided during eligible/odd-hour shifts, as per company policy and route availability.
