We are hiring a SAP ECC to S4HANA

Experience: 9+

Mode:Hybrid - Hyderabad and Bangalore

Notice Period: Immediate to 15 Days

Responsibilities:

• Guide project requirements, understand client needs in data migration and provide solutions using industry leading best practices

• Lead blueprint sessions to define project scope, objectives, data quality requirements and develop data migration strategy

• Lead a team for data conversion, plan and execute mock data loads, develop cutover strategy & plan in collaboration with all stakeholders

• Mentor team members, provide technical guidance, solution reviews, code reviews, and delivery oversight

• Maintain elevated standards of project quality and uphold firm principles

• Actively participate in practice development activities and inspire teams to develop innovative solutions to enhance delivery efficiency

What You Must Have

• Bachelor’s degree in technology, Engineering

• 9-14 years of experience with prior project lead experience and strong technical knowledge on data migration

• At least 3 full-cycle S4HANA data conversion experience using SAP BODS, SAP DMC

• Oral and written proficiency in English necessary

• Experience in leading a team for data conversion and collaborating with cross functional teams

• Designing data migration solutions and transformation routines

• Providing advisory services on data management strategies

• Experience with migrating data from SAP ECC to S4HANA and has proficiency in data source analysis, profiling and developing data cleansing strategy

• Delivery experience using SAP Migration Cockpit and customization using LTMOM is essential

• Preload and post-load validation, reconciliation of migration results

• Working knowledge of ABAP dataflows, file generation, delta load design, interfacing with SFTP, Amazon S3 Data extraction from disparate source systems like ECC, Oracle EBS etc. using methods like direct connectivity, RFC/BAPI-based extraction

• Significant experience in SAP's ETL solutions and integration technologies

• Skills in SAP BODS, SAP DMC (incl LTMOM), SQL and Information Steward
