Role Overview

We are looking for a CRM Executive to support the day-to-day management of CRM platforms, databases, lead management, and marketing automation activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain CRM databases, ensuring data accuracy, hygiene, and completeness.
  • Work on HubSpot, Zoho CRM, etc. for day-to-day CRM activities.
  • Create and update CRM properties, fields, lists, and records.
  • Set up and manage workflows and automation, including IF/OR logic and basic lead-routing processes.
  • Manage lead capture, lead assignment, and lead lifecycle stages.
  • Set up and execute email marketing campaigns, including lists, segmentation, and basic automation.
  • Maintain and manage contact, company, and lead data within the CRM.
  • Support CRM reporting, data analysis, and regular database clean-up.
  • Assist in identifying and resolving CRM/data-related issues.
  • Support other CRM, marketing automation, and database management activities as required.

Required Skills

  • Working knowledge of HubSpot and/or Zoho CRM.
  • Understanding of CRM concepts, lead management, and lifecycle stages.
  • Basic understanding of workflow automation and IF/OR logic.
  • Knowledge of email marketing and database management.
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to learn and work across different CRM and marketing tools.
