Lead Project Architect (Large Scale Public Infrastructure Projects)

An architecture and design practice in Panduranga Nagar, Bengaluru is hiring a Lead Project Architect with 6–8 years of professional experience to lead 1–3 architectural projects from design development through execution.

The role will involve leading design and technical development, coordinating project teams and stakeholders, monitoring project progress and site execution, and working under the guidance of the Principals and Studio Director.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead concept development, design development and architectural detailing for assigned projects.
• Lead the preparation and review of architectural drawings, models and technical documentation.
• Coordinate with consultants, engineers, vendors, clients and other project stakeholders.
• Review consultant drawings and coordinate inputs across relevant disciplines.
• Plan project tasks, deliverables and timelines and track project progress.
• Lead site visits, monitor construction progress and review the quality of execution.
• Coordinate client meetings, project presentations, BOQs and project documentation.
• Identify project risks, scope changes and critical issues and communicate them to the Studio Director and Principals.
• Guide and mentor junior team members and review their work.
• Coordinate the project team to maintain design and technical requirements through project delivery.
• Take ownership of assigned projects from design development through implementation.

Requirements

• B.Arch
• 6–8 years of professional experience in architecture.
• Professional experience leading high-end residential projects and/or large-scale public infrastructure projects.
• Experience taking architectural projects from design development through execution.
• Strong design and technical understanding, including architectural detailing and technical documentation.
• Experience preparing and reviewing architectural drawings, models and project documentation.
• Ability to coordinate with consultants, engineers, vendors, clients and other project stakeholders.
• Experience reviewing consultant drawings and coordinating multidisciplinary inputs.
• Experience with site visits, construction progress monitoring and review of execution quality.
• Ability to plan project tasks, deliverables and timelines and track progress.
• Experience guiding junior team members and reviewing their work.
• Strong project coordination and team leadership skills.
• Ability to identify and communicate project risks, scope changes and critical issues.

Work Schedule:              

• Location: Panduranga Nagar, Bangalore
• Working Days: Monday to Friday (9:30 am to 6:30 pm)
