Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Architect role based in Patna. The Architect will be responsible for developing architectural concepts, preparing detailed drawings and plans, and coordinating with engineers, contractors, and clients throughout the project lifecycle. Daily tasks include site visits, design reviews, ensuring compliance with building codes and standards, and supporting project documentation. The role also involves monitoring project progress, resolving design-related issues, and contributing to design improvements and value engineering. The Architect will collaborate with internal teams to align design solutions with budget, timeline, and quality expectations.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Architecture and Architectural Design skills, including concept development, space planning, and construction detailing.
• Candidates should possess Software Development and Integration skills where relevant to design tools, BIM platforms, or project coordination systems.
• Candidates should possess Project Management skills, including planning, scheduling, coordination, and stakeholder communication.
• Candidates should possess proficiency in design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp) and basic MS Office tools.
• Candidates should possess knowledge of local building codes, standards, and regulations, particularly applicable to Patna and surrounding regions.
• Candidates should possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills, with an ability to work collaboratively on-site.
• A professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch or equivalent) from a recognized institution; relevant licensure or registration is an advantage.
• Prior experience in architectural design and project coordination for residential or commercial projects is preferred.
