Job Description

ACENZO LLP is seeking skilled and motivated Senior Architect with 5-8 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architectural design, with proficiency in Revit. As a Senior Architect, you will play a key role in leading various design projects, focusing on architectural aspects and coordination.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead architecture design projects, focusing on architectural aspects and coordination.
  • Provide expertise in facility planning and design, ensuring adherence to industry standards and regulations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate interior design concepts seamlessly within different architecture projects.
  • Lead coordination efforts between architectural and engineering disciplines for cohesive project execution.
  • Utilize experience to contribute innovative solutions in facility design.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, codes, and latest technologies.
  • Ensure project timelines are met, and deliverables align with client expectations.
  • Act as a key liaison between clients, project managers, and internal teams to ensure successful project outcomes.

Qualifications & Skills:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
  • Prior experience in Healthcare or Hospitality projects will be preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in Revit, with experience in architectural modelling, construction documentation and multidisciplinary design coordination.
  • Knowledge of different design standards, codes, and regulations.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Experience in all project phases, from concept design to construction documentation.
