Role Description The Business Development Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role is responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth for ASL Interiors. Day-to-day activities include prospecting and networking, conducting client meetings and presentations, preparing proposals and quotations, and following up to close deals. The Business Development Manager will collaborate with design and project teams to understand service offerings, align client expectations, and ensure smooth handover from sales to execution. The role also involves monitoring market trends, competitors, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies and contribute to long-term business planning.

Qualifications

Must Have

1–2 years’ experience in Business Development/Sales

Interior Design Industry experience is mandatory

On-site role in HSR Layout, Bangalore

• Strong business development, sales, and client relationship management skills, with experience in driving revenue and meeting targets.
• Knowledge of interiors, real estate, or related design and construction domains, with the ability to understand and communicate turnkey solutions.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage confidently with diverse client profiles.
• Solid organizational, planning, and pipeline management abilities, including use of CRM tools and basic data analysis.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field; relevant experience in interiors or luxury solutions is highly preferred.
• Proven ability to work on-site with cross-functional teams, demonstrate professionalism, and manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
• Comfort with local market dynamics in Bengaluru and willingness to travel within the city for client meetings as required.
