Key Responsibilities

• Identify and reach out to potential clients and business opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with prospects and partners.
• Conduct market research to identify new growth opportunities.
• Manage sales conversations, follow-ups, and lead pipelines.
• Understand customer needs, inquiries and communicate solutions effectively.
• Work closely with internal teams to support business growth initiatives.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in Sales and Sales Management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build relationships and confidently interact with clients.
• Experience in Training to support client onboarding and engagement
• Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently.
• Detail-oriented, with excellent organizational and time management skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related field preferred.

Good to Have

• Prior experience in sales, business development, partnerships, or client-facing roles.
• Experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment.
• Ability to identify opportunities and take ownership of initiatives.
