🚀 We're Hiring: Tele Sales Executive

📍 Location: Gurgaon, Sector 58 (Work From Office)

💰 Salary: ₹3- 4 LPA

At PURESTA Lifestyle Pvt. Ltd. (SkinQ & SkinQ Rx), we are building fast-growing D2C beauty brands focused on science-backed skincare and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

We are looking for Tele Sales Executives who are confident communicators, enjoy speaking with customers, and are passionate about achieving sales targets and driving conversions.

🔍 Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable skincare products
• Generate sales and achieve assigned monthly targets
• Follow up with leads and convert them into successful orders
• Handle customer queries related to products, pricing, orders, and offers
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales activities
• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and issue resolution
• Build positive customer relationships and ensure a good customer experience

✅ What We're Looking For:

• Freshers or candidates with up to 6 months of experience
• Candidates genuinely interested in building a career in Tele Sales
• Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills
• Strong sales orientation and follow-up abilities
• Ability to handle customer objections and close sales
• Basic knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets
• Comfortable working from our Gurgaon (Sector 58) office
• Target-oriented and self-motivated approach
