Tynor Orthotics Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Regional Sales Manager to lead our business in Western Uttar Pradesh.

📍 Location: Meerut (HQ)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Area Sales Managers and Sales Officers.

• Drive primary and secondary sales targets across the assigned region.

• Ensure high team productivity, motivation, and performance development.

• Build and strengthen relationships with key channel partners, doctors, hospitals, and healthcare professionals.

• Conduct regular field visits, business reviews, and coaching sessions.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify growth opportunities.

• Develop and execute regional sales strategies to enhance market share and business growth.

What We're Looking For

✅ Experience: 14–22 years in Generic Pharma, Consumer Healthcare, Medical Devices/Surgical industry.

✅ Education: B.Sc., B.Pharma, B.Com, or MBA (Sales/Marketing preferred).

✅ Skills: Advanced MS Excel, strong analytical and strategic planning skills, and exposure to CRM/DMS/SFA platforms.

✅ Leadership: Proven experience managing teams of 10+ members across multiple territories.

✅ Industry Exposure: Strong experience in doctor engagement, hospital business, retail sales, tender business, and field sales management.

✅ Business Achievement: Demonstrated success in handling and achieving annual business turnover of ₹1 Crore+.
