Project Manager

We’re looking for a Project Manager who can keep people, projects and the occasional fire under control. You’ll be the day-to-day point of contact for our key accounts, working with clients and our creative team to keep good work moving and on time.

• Be the primary point of contact for the client, managing communication, feedback and approvals
• Understand the client, their brands and their requirements, while keeping our processes in mind
• Manage projects from brief to delivery, keeping timelines, priorities and scope on track
• Manage account requirements including budgets, proposals, estimates, POs and invoicing

• 3–6 years of experience in project management, account management or client servicing
• Experience working with large corporate or MNC clients, preferably in a creative environment
• Strong understanding of creative workflows and experience working with design teams
• Strong communication, organisation and stakeholder management skills, with an eye for detail

Bonus points if you can keep a room calm when everyone else is asking, “But can we have it by EOD?”

Because we care deeply about craft, but we also believe good work comes from good company. We’re a bunch of people from different backgrounds, with different interests and plenty of opinions, which makes for a fairly interesting room.

We work hard, care about the details, and occasionally put the work aside for a board game, a movie, or a very serious debate about what to watch next.
