Role: Business Development Trainee / Intern

Training Period: 3 Months

Stipend: ₹15,000 P/M + Unlimited Incentives (After Training: CTC Upto ₹30,000 P/M + unlimited incentives)

Shift: Night Shift (US Shift) 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM

Working Days: 5 Days (Monday to Friday)

Job Location: Sector 74, Mohali

Post-Training:

• Based on performance, candidates will be converted to Full-Time Employees
• CTC after confirmation: Up to ₹30,000 P/M + unlimited incentives in US Dollars

Position Overview

We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our sales team as Business Development Executives (BDEs). In this role, you will be responsible for securing freight loads from shippers, negotiating rates, and building strong relationships with clients in North America. Your primary focus will be on identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, closing deals, and ensuring exceptional service throughout the sales process. This role demands strong communication skills, a knack for problem-solving, and a commitment to meeting deadlines and exceeding client expectations.

Note: Apply only if you’re comfortable working in the Night Shift (5:30 PM - 2:30 AM).

Key Responsibilities

Client Acquisition & Management: Engage in outbound cold calls to Identify and connect with potential US-based shippers

Full-Cycle Sales Ownership: From prospecting and pitching to closing deals and managing accounts—own the entire shipper relationship.

Coordination with Carrier Team: Work closely with internal teams handling carriers and pricing

Problem Solving & Escalation Management: Address client concerns and ensure smooth shipment execution

Documentation: Handle and manage the necessary paperwork and documentation associated with freight transactions.

Requirements

Excellent English Communication: Strong verbal and written skills to connect with international clients.

Proactive & Target-Driven: Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
