Role: Senior Field Service Engineer

Work Mode: On-site

Travel: PAN India

What You'll Do

As a Senior Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for:

• Installing, commissioning, configuring, and maintaining FLAGMAN IoT and AI-based systems at customer sites.
• Diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware, software, networking, and edge computing issues.
• Performing preventive maintenance and ensuring reliable system performance.
• Providing technical support and training to customers and onsite teams.
• Working closely with customers to understand issues, manage expectations, and deliver effective solutions.
• Coordinating service visits and maintaining accurate service and installation documentation.
• Collaborating with our R&D, Product, and Engineering teams to resolve complex technical issues.
• Capturing customer feedback and contributing to continuous product and service improvements.
• Following all required safety, quality, and service standards.
• Travelling occasionally to customer sites and partner locations as required.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who has:

• Strong experience in field service, installation, commissioning, and technical support of hardware and software systems.
• Hands-on experience troubleshooting IoT, networking, embedded systems, or edge computing devices.
• Experience in preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and system performance monitoring.
• Strong customer-facing and communication skills.
• Good understanding of TCP/IP, Wi-Fi, networking concepts, and Windows/Linux environments.
• Familiarity with cloud-based platforms and IoT systems is an added advantage.
• Experience in manufacturing, EHS, industrial automation, machine safety, or similar environments will be a plus.
• Ability to work independently and confidently at customer sites.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with remote technical and engineering teams.

Education

Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in:

• Electrical Engineering
• Electronics Engineering
• Or a related technical field

Equivalent practical experience will also be considered.
