Key Responsibilities:

• Periodically visit customers in the assigned area while adhering to company field procedures and protocols.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, identifying and understanding their concerns and issues.
• Comprehend customer requirements and provide appropriate recommendations and briefings.
• Establish positive relationships and enhance brand recall and engagement with customers.

Key Skills:

• OS Installation.
• Software installations and providing training to customers on usage of software applications
• Hardware issue analysis.

Qualifications:

• Fluent in both spoken and written Hindi and English.
• Familiarity with basic computer skills, including MS Office and email.
• Willingness to travel within multiple airport locations.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
• Previous experience in field service or visits is a plus.
• Possession of a valid driver's license and passport.
